摘要
基于企业报酬激励理论探讨 ,将企业报酬激励划分成短期激励与长期激励两部分 ,构造了两部分激励的理论计算模式 ,分析了它们之间的相互关系及其对于员工工作动力的影响 。
In this article, a model is formulated for analysis of enterprise financial incentive system. Based on the model, all financial incentives are classified into two kinds - short-run incentive and long-run incentive, the interaction between these two kinds of incentives are discussed, and the impacts of these two incentives on employee's working motivation are explored in deep. Some guidelines are provided for crafting of real enterprise financial incentive system.
