摘要
文中研究了整体煤气化联合循环 (IGCC)底循环系统的变工况特性。IGCC是一种先进的洁净煤动力系统 ,已成为当今世界能源动力领域的研究热点。其底循环系统是一个相当复杂的物质、能量转换利用系统 ,它的变工况性能对机组运行稳定性、安全性以及整体性能有重要的影响。文中详细分析了IGCC底循环系统热力与变工况的特点 ,并按“温度对口 ,能量梯级利用”的原则 ,运用温区模型的概念 ,建立了底循环系统变工况特性分析模型 ,编制了相应的软件 ,并结合实例分析了典型的双压再热底循环系统的变工况特性 ,揭示了负荷变化以及大气温度变化时IGCC底循环系统的变工况规律 ,为进一步研究IGCC系统运行特性和控制规基金项目 :国家重点基础研究 ( 973)资助项目 (G19990 2 2 30 2 ) ;国家“九五”重点科技攻关资助项目 ( 97 A2 6 )。
This paper chiefly studies the off design thermal characteristic of bottom cycle system in integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) system.IGCC is one of advanced clean coal power generation systems.Now it has become the research hotspot of energy power field.Its bottom cycle system is a complicated conversion system of mass and energy.The off design performance of bottom cycle system has a great influence on operation stability,security and performance of total IGCC system.The paper analyzes both the thermodynamic traits and off design traits of the bottom cycle system in IGCC.Then according to the principle of energy cascade utilization and applying the temperature area concept,the paper builds the off design characteristic model of bottom cycle system and develops corresponding programs.Finally,the off design characteristic of a typical double pressure with reheat bottom cycle system is studied.The paper reveals the off design rules of bottom cycle system when load and atmospheric temperature vary,which provides basic data and information for further study of operation characteristic and control rule.
