头孢布烯对女性无合并症淋病的药敏试验与疗效

Disk susceptibility test and efficacy of ceftibuten for non-complication gonorrhea in female patients

目的 了解头孢布烯对女性淋病奈瑟氏球菌的抗菌活性和治疗淋病的疗效。方法 使用头孢布烯治疗 6 3例无合并症淋病 ,并采用药敏纸片法检测上述病例的 6 3株淋球菌菌株对头孢布烯的药物敏感性。结果 头孢布烯对 6 3株临床淋球菌 ,高度敏感 48株 (76 .2 %) ,中度敏感 7株 (11.1%) ,低度敏感 8株 (12 .7%)。临床疗效 :治愈 5 6例(88.9%) ,有效 4例 (6 .3%) ,无效 3例 (4 .8%)。结论 头孢布烯对淋球菌有较高的敏感性 ,可作为淋病治疗的一种选择。

Objetive The susceptibilities of clinical strains of Gonorrhea Neisseria to ceftibuten and efficacy of ceftibuten in the treatment of non-complication gonorrhea.Methods Sixty-three female patients with non-complication gonorrhea are given ceftibuten per oral.Disk diffusion test is applied to detect the susceptibilities of clinical strains of Gonorrhea Neisseria cultivated from these patients.Result Of 63 clinical strains of Gonorrhea Neisseria,48 strains(76.2%)are high susceptibility to ceftibuten,7 strains(11.1%)middle susceptibility to ceftibuten and 8strains(12.7%)low susceptibility to ceftibuten.Efficacy of ceftibuten in the treatment of non-complication gonorrhea:56 cases(88.9%) are cured,4 cases(6.3%)get progress,3 cases(4.8%)fail.Conclusion Ceftibuten has relatively high susceptibility to clinical strains of Gonorrhea Neisseria and it will be an alternative therapy in the treatment of non-complication gonorrhea.
