12 Cases The Surgical Treatment of Ventricular Septal Defect with Patent Ductus Arteriosus

本文就 12例室间隔缺损 (VSD)合并动脉导管未闭 (PDA)的临床资料进行分析 ,提出 VSD病人可能合并 PDA的诊断依据 ,并就手术方法和手术期治疗进行讨论。

Objective To review the experience in management of ventricular septal defect(VSD)with patent ductus arteriosus(PDA).Methods From 1990 to 2000,12 patients of VSD with PDA underwent surgical correction.Conclusions single-stage operation on VSD and PDA is recommended.The proper diagnosis,perioperative management and surgical correction are important factors influencing surgical results.
