慢粒患者T淋巴细胞核仁组成区相关蛋白的表达分析

Expression Analysis of Related Protein of T Lymphocyte Norks in CML Patients

用核仁银染强度探讨慢粒患者外周血T淋巴细胞rDNA转录活性及机体免疫状况的关系 .方法 :利用KL型肿瘤免疫图象分析系统及其配套细胞培养银染试剂和方法 ,分析 2 4例不同时期的慢粒患者外周血T淋巴细胞Ag -NORs的表达特点 .结果 :慢粒患者rDNA转录活性明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,分组观察急变期与加速期均明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) 慢性期及缓解期与正常对照组比较 ,无明显差异(P >0 0 5 ) .结论 :该项指标可以灵敏地反映白血病病情进展程度与机体免疫状况的相互关系 。

To investigate the relationship between the transcription of ribosomal DNA of peripheral lymphocyte in CML patients and the state of immunity by means of silver stain for nuclear. Method:The expression characteristics of 24 CML patients of peripheral lymphocyte Ag-NORs in different periods were analysed by using the KL model image analysis system of tumor immunity along with the reagent and ways of culturing the cell in the complete sets of silver stain. Result:rDNA trancription of ribosomal of CML patients is significantly lower than that of the normal contrast groups (P<0 01) rDNA transcription observed in groups BC and AP are both obviously lower than that in the normal contrast groups (P<0 01). Compared with the normal contrast groups, rDNA transcription in CP and CR has no significant difference (P>0 05). Conclution:This index can accurately reflect the correlation between the progression of leukaemia and the state of immunity. And it can be used as an important reference index for the diagnoses of leukaemia and its surveillance.
