摘要
评价外源性bFGF对晚期周围神经再生生理功能恢复的影响 .方法 :5 0只SD大鼠随机分治疗组、对照组各 2 5只 ,切断右侧坐骨神经 ,12周后予以修复 ,术后每日分别给予bFGF和生理盐水 ,行小腿三头肌残存率、神经电生理和靶肌肉组织学检查 .结果 :计量分析治疗组小腿三头肌残存率、运动神经传导速度、肌肉动作电位幅值明显优于对照组 .结果表明 :bFGF能促进晚期周围神经生理功能的恢复 .
Objective:To evaluate the effect of exogenous basic fibroblast growth factor (BFGF) on the physiological function recovery of delayed peripheral nerve regeneration. Method:Trasection was made on the right sciatic nerve in 50 Sprague-Dawley rats. Repairing operation was made after 12 weeks of transection. 25 rats in the experiment group was injected BFGF and 25 rats in the control group was injected only saline. All animals were observed through nerve electrophysiological examination and histological examination at 2, 4, 6, 8 and 12 weeks after the repairing operation. Result:The motor nerve conductive velocity, the muscle evoked action potential, the rate of the muscle wet weight of triceps surae muscle in experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion:BFGF can improve the physiological function recovery of the delayed peripheral nerve regeneration.
