Cryoperservation of bone and osterochordral allografts has significance in revision surgery of large bone defects and oseorticular reconstructive surgery.The selection and Procurement of cadaver donors observes the standrds published by American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB).The popular methods of storage are freezing and irradiate-freezing.These methods have their characteristics respectirely.Clinical use of allografts should be based on practical requirement of patients and the data recorded in Bone-Bank.The specific techniques should be adopted in the operation.4 cases lesing alloglafes were summerized and the results were satisfactory.
