盐酸多西环素胶囊治疗寻常痤疮的临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF ACNE VULGARIS TREATED WITH DOXYCYCLINE HYDROCHLORIDE CAPSULES

目的 :为评价盐酸多西环素胶囊治疗寻常痤疮的疗效及不良反应 ; 方法 :对 6 0例寻常痤疮随机分为二组治疗 ,A组 (30例 )用盐酸多西环素胶囊治疗 ,B组 (30例 )用二甲胺四环素胶囊治疗 ,治疗时间均为 2 1天 ; 结果 :治疗前后 ,A组和 B组的炎性皮损数减少明显 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;盐酸多西环素胶囊组无明显不良反应。 结论 :盐酸多西环素胶囊治疗寻常痤疮有效 。

Objective:The aim of study was to investigate the effects and side-effects of doxycycline hydrochloride capsules treatment on acne vulgaris; Methods:60 cases of acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups:Group A(30 cases)were treated with doxycycline hydrochloride capsules for three weeks;Group B were treated with minocycline capsules for three weeks; Results:Before and after therapy,diminution of inflammatory skin lesion are shown to be statistically significant(P<0 05)in tow groups After three weeks treatment,30 cases of acne were treated with doxycycline hydrochloride capsules,the cure rate was 20%,total effective rate was 76 7%,the group B(30 cases),the cure rate was 23 3%,total effective rate was 83 3%,the effects of tow groups were not shown to be statistically significant(P>0 05);the doxycycline hydrochloride capsules treatment group had no obvious side-effects Conclusion:The doxycycline hydrochloride capsules treatment on acne vulgaris is satisfaction,lack side-effect
