自体结膜岛状移行治疗无眼球性结膜囊狭窄

TREATMENT OF ANOPTHALMIC CONJUNCTIVAL SAC CONSTRICTION WITH AUTOGRAFT USING ISLAND OR PENINSULA CONJUNCTIVAL FLAP

目的 :探讨自体结膜岛状移行术对无眼球性结膜囊狭窄的治疗作用。 方法 :对 14例眼球摘除术后 °～ °结膜囊狭窄患者进行自体结膜岛状移行手术治疗。 结果 :11例患者术后结膜囊狭窄消失 (78.6 % ) ,3例结膜囊狭窄程度减轻 (2 1.4% ) ,随访 3个月～ 2 4个月 ,未再次发生结膜囊狭窄。 结论 :自体结膜岛状移行术是治疗 °～

Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of autograft using island or/and peninsula conjunctival flap in the anopthalmic conjunctival sacconstriction Methods:14 cases who had Ⅰ°～Ⅱ° anopthalmic conjunctival sac constriction were treated with autograft using peninsula or island conjunctival flap Results:11 of the 14 cases conjunctival sac constriction were extinction(78 6%) Other 3 cases the degree of constriction had been eased(21 4%) No constriction occur again in 3～24 months of follow up Conclusion:The autograft using island or peninsula conjunctival flap is a valuable method for the treatment of Ⅰ°～Ⅱ° anopthalmic conjunctival sac constriction
