陶瓷刀具切削淬硬轴承钢已加工表面性能的研究

摘要 本文应用表面轮廓仪,光学金相、显做硬度计、扫描电子显微镜、X 射线衍射仪、俄歇电子能谱等手段对陶瓷刀具切削淬硬 GCr15轴承钢的已加工表面层性能进行了比较全面的研究.结果发现,加工表面存在金属撕裂带,二次淬火层和高温回火层等组织转变也存在加工表面的富碳和富氧层. This paper presents the results of our studies on hardened bearing steel for the mechanical properties of its machined surface cut by ceramic inserted tools by means of surface profilometer optical metallographic microscope,microhardness tester,scanning electron microsope(SEM),X-ray diffractometer and Auger electron spectrum(AES)etc.The results show that on the machined surface there exist such changes in structure as torn metallic zones,secondary quenched layer,hot tempered layer as well as carbon-and oxygen-rich layer.
