Research on College Creative Quality Education

知识经济的本质特征即“知识创新”和“人才开发”。高等教育在知识经济时代将面临着前所未有的挑战 ,创新素质教育应成为高校今后人才培养的重点。探索实施创新素质教育的途径和方法 ,必须从高校教育和管理入手 ,从而培养。

The essential features of knowledge economy are obviously the knowledge creativity and talent development. College education is facing the new and exceptional challenges in such a specific period of knowledge economy. Consequently, creativity-based education should be emphasized in training college students' talents in future. Investigating the problems existing in college education and management, this essay intend to search for the detailed and valuable ways and methods to carry creativity-based education and to train the college students' creativity quality.
