日本文化是一种兼容性极强的文化。当然食文化也不例外。日本人通过对外国先进食文化的兼收并蓄 ,形成了以自己传统饮食习惯为中心的、多种形式的、独特的、和洋并存的食文化结构。
Japanese culture is a very compatible culture. Based on the study and assimilation of foreign advanced diet cultures, Japanese diet culture is varied and unique. Its coexistence with foreign diet culture greatly improves the standards of Japanese diet culture and her national health quality.
