受刑事追诉者称谓的划分 ,是我国修改后的刑事诉讼法的一个显著特征之一 ,它与刑事诉讼的目的和原则紧密相关。此次修订一方面反映出立法者加大对受追诉者人权保护力度的价值取向 ,另一方面 ,对于推进我国刑事司法制度改革 。

On the one hand, this reflects the value trend in which the lawmaker strengthens protecting the human rights of the criminal prosecuted person.
