水基高速糊盒机用胶粘剂的研制

Study on water-based adhesive for high-speed automatic folder gluer

合成了与乙烯 -醋酸乙烯酯共聚物 (VAE)乳液配伍性良好的聚丙烯酸酯乳液 ,通过正交实验筛选了影响胶粘剂粘接强度的各种组分的用量 ,得到了最佳的胶粘剂配方 :DR树脂 13.5份 ,萜烯树脂 14.3份 ,VAE乳液32 .9份 ,聚丙烯酸酯乳液 2 8.7份 ,其剥离强度达到 0 .373kN·m-1。

The polyacrylate copolymer emulsion which can be easily blended with ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion was prepared.The factors affecting the peel strength of the adhesive was investigated by orthogonal exp eriments.The peel strength of optimized compositions including DR resin 13.5 parts,terpene resin 14.3 parts,VAE 32.9 parts and polyacrylate emulsion 28.7 parts,can reach to 0.373 kN·m -1 .This adhesive can be used for the bonding of plastics-paper laminated products by high-speed automatic folder gluer.
