摘要
为解决水溶液法酚醛树脂(PF)在生产过程中含酚废水对环境造成的污染问题,选择了固体多聚甲醛-苯酚体系,开发出一种合成环保型PF的新技术。经性能测试、傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)及差热分析(DTA)等研究表明,该树脂具有生产过程无排污、固体含量高、性能优良等特点,为高性能材料的研制提供了环保型树脂基体,具有重大的理论意义和使用价值。
A new method is introduced to synthesize non-pollution solid paraformaldehyde and phenol so as to solve the problem that enviornment is polluted by the polluted water during producing phenolic resin. Analyses of testing properties, FT-IR and DTA show that the phenolic resin dereloped with characteristics of non-pollution, has high solid content and excellent properties.
