摘要
研究了HDPE/硫化胶粉共混材料的力学性能和流动性能。结果表明,硫化胶粉与HDPE有良好的混合性能,共混材料的冲击性能随硫化胶粉含量增加而提高,但共混材料的拉伸强度和流动性能有所下降。添加5%的PE-g-MAH进行增容,可使共混材料的力学性能明显提高。
The mechanical properties and fluidity of HDPE/vulcanized rubber powder blend are studied. The experiment results showed that the vulcanized rubber (x)wder had good mixing property with HDPE. When the content of rubber powder is increased, the impact strength of the blend is improved, but the tensile strength and fluidity of the blend are decreased. The mechanical properties of the bend are significantly increased by using 5% PE-g-MAH for being compatible.
