摘要
介绍小本体聚丙烯(PP)增容剂——马来酸酐接枝PP(PP-g-MAH)的制备及工艺,研究了PP-g-MAH在碳酸钙改性PP中的增容作用。实验表明,采用双螺杆挤出机混炼设备,控制适宜的反应时间、温度和引发剂用量,通过马来酸酐熔融接枝小本体PP引入极性基团,可制备出性能稳定的增容剂。该增容剂对碳酸钙改性PP具有很好的增容效果,可制得物理力学性能和加工性能均优良的复合材料。
The preparation of PP-g-MAH and its influnce on compatibiling CaCO3 -PP were studied. The result showed that it was feasible to give small bulk PP polar unit in the melt grafting reaction by mixing with twin-screw extruder with appropriate time, temperation and DCP. It was found that the compatibilizer had an excellent performance and had a better effect on the composites.
