摘要
综述了国内环氧树脂介电、增韧增强、耐湿热和阻燃改性的最新研究进展,并对各种改性环氧树脂的优缺点进行了探讨。
Recent advances in the dielectric property, toughening and strengthening, hydrothermal property and flame-retardant property modifications of domestric epoxy resin have been reviewed. The advantage and disadvantage as well as the mechanism of the above-mentioned methods modifying epoxy resin are also discussed.
