PP/共聚PP/POE汽车保险杠专用料的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF THE MODIFIED PP/CO-PP/POE BLENDS FOR AUTOMOBILE BUMPERS

以小本体聚丙烯(PP)为基料,通过与共聚PP、聚烯烃弹性体(POE)及其它助剂共混改性,制得汽车保险杠专用料。研究结果表明,当PP:共聚PP:POE质量比为某一适当比时,制得的共混料完全可以满足汽车保险杠性能要求。

Study on special compound for automobile bumper was made by means of blending. Small bulk PP was modified with co-polypropylene, poly(octene-ethylene) (POE) and other additives. The research result showed the PP/co-PP/POE blends could completely meet the need of the automobile bumper in a proper ratio.
