摘要
研究了主盐、配合剂、纳米微粒浓度以及温度、pH值、施镀时间对A_3钢片表面纳米复合化学镀层沉积速率的影响。从而得到沉积速率快、镀液使用寿命长的Cu-P-SiO_2(CeO_2)纳米复合化学镀工艺。所得镀层厚度在19.5~20.5μm之间,表面致密光亮,空隙率低。
The electroless Copper- Phosphorus - Silica(Ceria) nanometer composite coatings on steal surface have been formed. The influences of the both composition and deposition conditions on the coatings deposit velocity have been investigated . The technology which shows high deposit velocity and long life of the bath has been found. The films obtained have a thickness of 19.5 - 20.5μm with metallic luster and low porosity.
