香紫苏渣超临界二氧化碳萃取工艺及GC-MS分析 被引量:3

摘要 本文研究了超临界CO2 对香紫苏渣的萃取工艺 ,详细分析论述了温度、压力、CO2 流量、堆积密度、颗粒度、时间等对香紫苏渣萃取率的影响及原因 ,采用四因素 ,三水平的正交设计 ,得出香紫苏渣萃取率最佳工艺条件 ,并用GC -MS分析了香紫苏渣萃出物的主要组成 ,得出了 5种主要组分 ,其中香紫苏醇的含量最高。最佳工艺条件为温度 30℃ ,堆积密度 0 .31g/ml,压力 30MPa ,CO2 流量 From the systematic experiments on the extract yield of steam distillation residue of Salvia Sclarea Linn, using extraction pressure, temperature, carbon dioxide flow quantity, accumulative density, and time etc. as experiment parameters, through orthogonal experiments, we acquired the best technological conditions of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction and discussed the influences of pressure, temperature, carbon dioxide flow quantity, accumulative density, partical size, and time on the yield in detail, and 5 components are found in the extract by GC-MS analytic technique. Sclareol was the principal component. The best conditions are: temp 30℃, accumulative density 0.31g/ml, pressure 35MPa and Co 2 flow quantity 5L/h.
