新固体酸催化合成己二酸二丁酯绿色新工艺 被引量:11

New green technology of synthesis of dibutyl adipate catalyzed by a new solid acid

摘要 研究了应用自制“T 40 0”催化合成己二酸二丁酯的绿色新工艺。“T 40 0”是某一无机盐经 40 0℃焙烧制得一种水不溶的新型固体酸催化剂 ,吸附吡啶的红外光谱表明 :催化剂表面形成了新的Br nsted酸中心。此催化剂对己二酸和正丁醇的酯化活性高、无副反应、沉降较快、易与产物分离等特点 ,并得到合成己二酸二丁酯的绿色新工艺条件如下 :己二酸 0 .1mol,正丁醇 0 .35mol,催化剂 0 .6g ,反应温度 15 0℃ ,反应时间 10 0min ,在此条件下收率可达 99%以上。 The new green technology of catalytic synthesis of dibutyl adipate by 'T 400' was studied.'T 400' , a water insoluble solid acid catalyst , was prepared by calcination of a inorganic salt. IR spectra of pyridine absorbed on the surface showed that the catalyst had Brnsted acid sites. In esterification of adipic acid with butanol, the catalyst has the characteristics of high activity and high selectivity ,and that dropping more quickly, separated from the product easily. The optimun condition of new green technology for synthesis of dibutyl adipate was obtained as follows: adipic acid 0.1 mol, butanol 0.35 mol, the catalyst 0.6 g, reaction temperature 150 ℃, time 100 min. In this condition, the yield was above 99%. The catalyst can be used repeatedly for many times.
