提出了离子膜法烧碱生产装置运行中存在的问题 ,通过增加树脂塔、改变换热工艺、工业水改纯水等改进措施 ,保证了装置的平稳运行 ,降低了能耗 ,增加了经济效益。

This paper introduced existing problems in the course of the ion membrane caustic soda unit running .Through adding resin tower, changing heat transfer process and using pure water instead of industrial water etc, the unit could run steadily and the energy consumption was decreased.
