摘要
在消化引进技术的基础上 ,着重对燃烧器的国内材质代用及设计制造 ,氧气 /蒸汽入口弯管的焊接加工等技术难题进行了攻关 ,经实际运行表明 ,工艺技术性能及质量均接近国外产品水平 ,并取得了显著的经济效益。
On the basis of assimilating imported technology, we have concentrated on the design and manufacture of the domestic content in replacement with the imported parts, the welding procedure of the inlet nozzle for oxygen and steam of the burner. It is realized, after operation, that the performance and quality of process technology have approached to the same standard of the imported one and great economic efficiency has been obtained.
