摘要
通过对真空及外压设备设计方法及GB1 5 0 98给出的常用工程材料机械性能的分析 ,对真空设备筒体壁厚的初值估算进行了研究 ,得到其初值估算式为 :δe/Do=K(1 /E) 1/3 。还对钢制真空设备在相同材料及温度下所能承受外、内压力的能力进行了比较 ,得出一般情况下设备的径厚比为 1 0 0~ 1 1 4时 ,其内压承载能力是外压承载能力的 1 0~ 2 5倍 ,并给出了工程常用材料的壁厚估算图 ,本结论可直接应用于工程设计。
Through the analyses of the design of the vacuum and external pressure vessels and the mechanical performance of the common engineering materials given by GB150-98,the estimation of the initial value of the cylinder wall thickness of the vacuum and external pressure vessels was studied. The estimation formula of the initial value was: δ e/ D o= K(1/E) 1/3 . The ability of the vacuum steel vessels bearing the external and internal pressures was compared in the condition of the same materials and temperatures. The result shows that when the D o/ δ e of the vessels was 100~114 in general,the ability of bearing the internal pressure was 10~25 times that of bearing the external pressure,and the estimation drawings of the wall thickness of the common materials in engineering were given,the conclusion could be directly used for engineering design.
