直肠系膜全切除在直肠癌根治术中的应用(附68例报告)

Application of total mesorectal excision in radical surgery for rectal cancer(68 case clinical report)

目的探讨直肠系膜全切除在直肠癌根治术中的应用价值。方法对 2 0 0 0年 5月～2 0 0 1年 4月行直肠系膜全切除治疗的 6 8例直肠癌患者的疗效、并发症进行分析。结果本组无手术死亡病例。发生吻合口漏 5例 ,吻合口狭窄 2例。术后无局部复发。结论直肠系膜全切除是降低直肠癌根治术后局部复发的重要环节 。

Objective To explore the role of total mesorectal excision(TME) inradical surgery for rectal cancer.Methods TME were applicnted for 68 patients with rectal cancer from 2000,May to 2001,April,their effects of treating and complications were analysed.Results There was no dead case following operation in this gropup.5 patients with anastomotic leakage and 2patients with anastomotic stenosis occured.Th local recurrence wasn't found.Conclusion TME played a vital role in decreasing local recurrence following radical surgery for rectal cancer,but it wasn't an unique role.
