This paper deals with studying on water conservation facilities,prediction for water and soil loss,balance for earth and rock volume,spoil loosen factor calculation,prevention responsibility,vegetation measures and etc.,so as to uniform and standardize the preparation of water and soil conservation schemes regarding construction projects as well as possible.
