摘要
根据杭州市历史降雨数据 ,采用数理统计分析方法预测 2 0 0 2年或 2 0 0 3年以后杭州市区将进入连续的降水偏枯水期 ,及出现年降水量 10 0 0mm左右的枯水年 ,并由此建议了若干缓解水资源短缺危机的管理措施 .
The article analyzes hydrologic information available of Hangzhou from 1923 to 1999 and forecasts after the year of 2002 the city will be in a low water period. The period expects to last 7 to 10 years.It is very possible to meet a year in which yearly precipitation is less than 1000mm.The article also puts forward some suggestion to mitigate water shortage.
