在总结工程量测算方法的基础上，结合黑河金盆水利枢纽工程的具体特点，提出工程量测算的几种新方法。实践证明，这些方法是快捷、高效、准确的，并具有良好的推广价值。

Based on summarizing the experience of engineering survey, several new methods for calculation of survey are presented, which considers the characteristics of Jinpen Key water conservancy project on the Heihe River. It is shown by practice that the presented methods have the advantages of swiftness, high efficiency, accuracy, so that it is worth spreading.
