托海水电站大坝安全定期检查概述

Dam safety periodic inspection of Tuohai Hydropower Station

托海枢纽工程由于历史原因未进行竣工验收,给大坝运行带来不便。首次大坝安全定期检查,通过设计复核、施工复查、运行总结、现场检查以及综合分析研究,专家组认为:托海大坝基本满足规范要求,运行基本正常,但仍存在右岸坝肩绕渗且渗漏量较大、排沙洞进口段渗漏比较严重等问题,需及时进行工程处理。

There is no aceptance after its completion of Tuohai hydropower station due to historical cause,which made its operation to be inconvenient.1The expert team considered that it meets the specification basically and operates normally by design check,construction countercheck,operation summary and comprehensive analysis as well in the first dam safety periodic inspection.1However,the by-pass seepage in right bank is still of great amount and also severe seepage at entrance section in sand escape tunnel which needs to be treated in time.
