近几年我国上市公司的整体运营质量有所滑坡。作者依据统计资料对上市公司运营中存在的问题及其成因进行分析后 。
Total operational quality of China's listed companies has been declining in recent years.Based on the statistical data,the paper analyzes the existing problems and the causes and gives some suggestions to improve the efficiency of listed companies.
