摘要
提出了一种消除易燃高绝缘固体粉料摩擦生电的物理方法 ,主要是 :研制特殊的复合介电涂层 ,调整其功函数使之与固体粉料的功函数相同或相近 ,同时减小复合介电涂层的电阻值到 1 0 5~ 1 0 9Ω范围。将该复合涂层涂覆在与粉料摩擦的设备接触面上 ,可有效减少粉料的摩擦起电量 ,又可增大静电泄漏率。上述物理方法应用于自动加料系统中 ,消除奥克托金 ( HMX)粉料中的摩擦电 ,消电率达90 %。
A kind of physical method to eliminate triboelectricity on HMX powder is presented in this paper.The main idea is to develope a special composite dielectric coating and adjust its work function until it is approximate to that of the powder.Thus the amount of triboelecticity generated on the powder can be eliminated to minimum.At the same time,the resistance of the compound coating is decreased to 10 5~10 9Ω by increasing its leakage of static charge.When this physical method is applied to the automatic feeding system for HMX powder,about 90% static charge on HMX powder can be eliminated.
