摘要
价格战是市场竞争中的常规武器 ,如果演变成消耗战将使行业中所有的企业受损。本文运用现代产业组织和博弈论的基本理论分析了企业合谋的内在机理 ,提出了合谋的帕累托改进和不稳定性 ,重点研究了价格战的威胁怎样促进了企业的合谋 ,认为拥有过剩的生产能力是企业防范价格战的战略性行为。
Price war is a tool commonly used in the market competition. But if it involves into a war of attrition, All the enterprises in the same industry will be harmed. This article analyses the internal logic of corporate collusion using modern industrial organization and game theory. It puts forward Pareto improvement and instability. This article believes that the surplus production capabilities is the strategic behavior to prevent the price war from happening.
