摘要
目的 :利用无创心功能血流动力学计算机监测系统在无创状态下测定了人参茎叶皂甙对大鼠心功能的作用。方法 :雄性大鼠31只。随机分为3组 ,对照组、人参茎叶皂甙组和硝酸甘油组。常规麻醉后以阻抗法测定麻醉后和灌胃给药后不同时间的心功能各项参数。结果 :人参茎叶皂甙组:HR在给药后呈下降趋势 ,在45~60min时下降最明显(P<0.01) ,至120min时基本恢复至给药前水平。QS2、LVET均在30~60min期间增加明显(P<0.05)。ZO在30~105min期间明显延长(P<0.01)。SV和CO在给药后15~60min内增加明显(P<0.05)。硝酸甘油组:给药后HR在2~8min内增加明显(P<0.01),同时QS2、LVET、QZ均呈现明显缩短 ,但PEP变化不明显 ,ZO也明显缩短。C波基本无增加 ,O波在2~4min时增加明显(P<0.05) ,SV在给药后下降 ,以6~10min内下降明显(P<0.05),CO基本无变化。结论 :两药共同的特点是减轻心脏做功。硝酸甘油通过扩张外周血管减轻心脏负荷,但心率明显增快易抵消其减轻心脏做功的作用。人参茎叶皂甙通过明显减慢心率和改善心肌收缩舒张性能的作用而减轻心脏负担 ,但由于心室充盈时间延长 ,室壁张力上升 。
Objective: To determine the effect of ginsenoside in root and leaves on cardiac function with non-invastive computer determining system of cardiac function and hemodynamics in rats. Methods: 31 male rats were divided randomly into three groups: control, ginsenoside and nitroglycerin group.After routine anesthesia the parameters of ECG(II) and cardiac function by impedance method were determined in rats after anesthesia and after oral administration at different time.Results: Ginsenoside group: after administration HR was decreased obviously within 45~60min, and recovered at 120min. QS 2,LVET were increased within 30~60min and ZO was prolonged within 30~105min.SV,CO also increased within 15~ ~60min.Nitroglycerin group: after administration HR was increased and QS 2, LVET, QZ, ZO were shortened within 2~8min.O wave was increased within 2~4min. SV was decreased within 6~10min but CO not decreased.Conclusion: The results showed that two drugs had property of decreasing cardiac work but not by the same way.
