柴胡对肝星状细胞胶原蛋白分泌的影响

Effect of Bupleurum on collagen content in hepatic stellate cell media in vitro

目的 :观察柴胡对肝星状细胞胶原蛋白分泌的影响。方法:体外培养肝星状细胞 ,选择48h细胞存活率>90%的药物浓度作为下述实验浓度 ,ELISA法检测细胞上清液中I、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型胶原含量。结果:与对照组比较 ,柴胡组细胞上清液中I、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型胶原含量明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:柴胡可抑制肝星状细胞胶原蛋白的分泌 。

Objective: To study effect of Bupleurum on collagen content in hepatic stellate cell. Methods:Hepatic stellate cell line (HSC-T6) was cultured in vitro. This concentration of Bupleurum where HSC-T6 cell survival rate more than 90% for 48 hours was used in following experiment. Collagen type I,Ⅲ,Ⅳ contents in cell media were detected by ELISA. Results: Compared with control group, collagen type I,Ⅲ,Ⅳ contents in cell media of herb group were significantly decreased (P<0.01).Conclusion:Bupleurum could prevent liver fibrosis via suppressing collagen secretion of HSC-T6.
