维生素C-β-CD包合物对湿热和光的稳定性的研究

Study on the stibility of high temperature ,humidity and light of Vitc-β-CD inclusion complex

目的 :研究VitC - β-CD包合物稳定性。方法 :以包合物中VitC含量为指标 ,分别对包合物和混合物进行高温、高湿、光照实验。结果 :包合物中VtiC含量在高温、高湿、光照条件下没有明显变化 ,而混合物中VtiC的含量有明显下降。结论

Objective: To study the stabilities of inclusion complex of VitC-β-cyclodextrin(β-CD).Methods: The content of VitC was determined and made a set of tests of inclusion and mixture on light, high temperature and humidity.Results:Under affecting factors as light, hert, humidity,the content of VitC in inclusion complex was not changed. However, in the mixture, the content of VitC was decreased. Conclution: The stability of VitC in inclusion complex was obviously superior to the mixture.
