高压氧合并化学药物治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌近期疗效观察

Observation of the short-term effect of combined hyperbaric oxygenation with chemotherapy in patients with medium and late stages non-small cell lung cancer

目的 探讨高压氧 (HBO)对中晚期非小细胞肺癌 (NSCL C)化疗近期疗效的影响。方法 采用随机分组对照 ,比较单纯应用丝裂霉素 (MMC)、长春碱酰胺 (VDS)、顺铂 (DDP)联合化疗方案(MVP方案 )化疗和 HBO与 MVP方案联合治疗对中晚期 NSCL C的疗效。结果 HBO组的有效率为6 8.42 %;对照组的有效率为 33.33%,上述两组的有效率有明显的统计学差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 HBO能明显提高中、晚期 NSCL C的化疗疗效 。

Objective To investigate the influence of hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO) on the short-term effect of chemotherapy in patients with medium and late stages non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Randomized grouping and group contrast study were used.The curative effects of simple MVP chemotherapy program with mitomyin C,vindesine and cisplatin and that of HBO combined with MVP treatments were compared.Results The effective rate of HBO group was 68.42% and that of control group was 33.33%.There was significant statistical difference(P<0.05) between the two groups.Conclusions HBO treatment could increase the effectiveness of chemotherapy in patients with medium and late stages non-small cell lung cancer while not increase its side-effects.
