脊柱肿瘤后装治疗的模拟实验

The modeling experiment of spinal tumor afterloading radiotherapy

目的 研究现代近距离后装遥控治疗在脊柱肿瘤中应用时脊髓照射量的测量 ,为脊柱肿瘤放射治疗探索新途径。方法 将铱 192放射源置于椎体中照射 ,在椎体后椎管前缘相当于脊髓部位放置热释光计量计测量照射量。结果 后装治疗计划系统的理论值与热释光计量计实测值有较大差异。

Objective To investigate a remote afterloading brachytherapy system, engaging in measuring the spinal cord irradiation dose when this system was applied to spinal tumor, to appraise the feasibility of this method applied to spinal tumor. Methods Parking Ir 192 in centrum for irradiating while measuring irradiation dose by thermoluminescent dosimeter, which laid in the position equivalent to spinal cord. Results The theoretic outcomes of afterloading planning system was markedly different from that of actual measurement with thermoluminescent dosimeter. Conclusion The application of afterloading system in spinal tumor should be cautious.
