骨粒植骨在胸腰椎CD系统手术中的应用

Application of granular bone graft in the CD operation of thoracolumbar vertebrae

目的 探讨胸腰椎CD系统手术中切除骨可否代替其他方式获得的自体骨进行移植融合。方法 在 86例胸腰椎CD系统手术中 ,利用切除骨对融合节段进行骨粒状植骨 ,通过放射学检查判定融合效果。结果 平均随访 31个月 (14～ 5 1个月 ) ,X线检查证实 ,86例中仅 1例融合不良 ,融合率为 98 8%。优 4 9例 ,良 2 7例 ,可 9例 ,差 1例 ,优良率为 88%。结论 胸腰椎CD系统的手术中切除骨可替代其他方式获得的自体骨进行植骨融合 ,且操作简便 ,融合率高 。

Objective To discuss the manipulation of bone from bony transplantation in which the ablated bones from thoracolumbar vertebrae in CD nail system operation to replace ilium and other bone from body. Methods The bone grain was transplanted to the amalgamated segment of vertebrae by ablated bones from thoracolumbar vertebrae in CD perdiculus arcus vertebrae nail system operation in 86 cases, and radiodiagnosis was used to determine the effect. Results The patients were followed up for 31 months on average (14～51 months), and only one case had bad fusion through X ray confirmation. Spinal fusion rate was 98 8%. Conclusion The procedure is simple, and has higher spinal fusion rate in which the ablated bone replaces other autologus bones to bone graft, and can avoid the complications and wound resulted from the twice operations.
