创伤骨折发生便秘病例分析

Analysis of causes of constipation after fracture

目的 探讨骨折患者便秘的发病原因和构成比率。方法 将年龄、部位、处理方式、固定方法、创伤程度、手术方式等因素对便秘发病的影响进行对比分析。结果 骨折患者便秘除了传统常见因素外 ,多发、严重创伤及大型手术也在便秘高发因素中占有很大的比例。结论 骨折便秘要结合创伤情况 ,掌握规律 。

Objective To explore the causes and composing rate of constipation after fracture. Methods Analyse and contrast the causes of constipation after fracture affected by age, location, managing means, fixation means, wound degree and operation means. Results Besides the ordinary causes, complicated or severe trouma and big operation also occupied large proportion of the cause of constipation. Conclusion The role of constipation after fracture should be considered in combination with conditions of the wound, its regular pattern and to prevent it in time.
