骨质疏松症对骨内种植体影响的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 研究骨质疏松症对新西兰兔骨内种植体骨整合的影响。方法 在兔胫骨内植入纯钛螺纹状种植体,并与健康兔进行比较。种植体植入2周、4周和8周后分别获取各组标本2个,行组织学、影像学等检测,观察各组种植体的骨整合效果。结果 两组种植体的骨整合效果在植入4周时有较大差异,骨质疏松症组明显低于正常组,但8周时无明显差异。结论 骨质疏松症兔骨内种植体可获得良好的骨整合,只是速度较正常稍慢。 ve To study the effect of osteoporosis on the osteointegrtion of pure titanium screw implants in the osteoporotic rabbits. Methods A pure titanium screw implant was placed in the proximal tibial metaphysis of each of the normal and osteoporotic rabbits, Specimens with implants were harvested at 2,4 and 8 weeks after implantation. The reactions of bone tissue to implants were analyzed both histomorphologically and radiographically . Results There were great differences in osteoingegration of them at 2 and 4 weeks, especially at 2 weeks, but there was no difference at 8 weeks. Conclusion Dental implant can get good osteointegration in osteoporotic bone, but it does more slowly than in normal one.
