应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图观察体外反搏(吸氧)对左室舒张功能的影响

The effect of external countpulsation to the disatolic function of left ventricular using puls Doppler echocardiongraphy

脉冲多普勒超声心动图仪了解体外反搏(吸氧)对左室舒张功能的作用。方法:全部受试者采用HP Sonos 100多功能超声心动图仪做常规脉冲多普勒检查,同步记录心电图,观察患者体外反搏(吸氧)治疗前后左室舒张功能的多个参数。体外反搏(吸氧)治疗后V_E/V_AEi/Ai的比值分别提高了22％,35％(P<0.001)。体外反搏(吸氧)治疗对左室舒张功能改善确有一定作用。

To analyse the effect of external countpulsation to disatolic function of left Ventricular puls Doppler echocardiography. Methods: All the patient were checked with regular hi-dimeational and puls Doppler using H P Sonos100 multi-functional echocardiography and recorded ECG at same time. Then analysed the parameters of diastolic function of left ventricular before and after treatment. The ratios of VE/VA and Ei/Ai vised 22%, 35% respectivly (P < 0. 001) after treatment. The external countpulsation plays a certain role to improve the diastolic function of left ventriculur.
