壮腰生髓口服液治疗周围神经损伤41例疗效观察

Treatment of Peripheral Nerve Injury by Zhuangyao ShengsuiOral Liquid:A Clinical Observation of 41 Cases

目的:探讨壮腰生髓口服液治疗周围神经损伤的疗效。方法:将周围神经损伤患者82例随机分为2组,各41例,治疗组用以海马为主要成分的中药制剂壮腰生髓口服液治疗;对照组用西医常规非手术疗法,观察比较2组的疗效。结果:治疗组治愈12例,好转18例,总有效率73.17%;对照组治愈6例,好转10例,总有效率为39.02%,2组总有效率比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:海马为主要成分的壮腰生髓口服液对周围神经损伤有较好疗效。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of Zhuangyao Shengsui Oral Liquid(ZSOL) for peripheral nerve injury(PNI).Methods:82 cases of PNI were allocated to two groups(each group 41 cases) randomly,ZSOL (Hippocampus as the chief ingredient) was applied in the treatment group,and non-operative routine western medicine therapy in the control group. The curative effect between two groups was compared.Results:In the treatment group,12 cases were cured,18 cases improved, the total effective rate being 73.17%;in the control group,6 cases were cured,10 cases improved,the total effective rate being 39.02%.The difference to total effective rate between two groups was very significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion:ZSOL possesses a better curative effect for the treatment of PNI.
