Through investigating and analyses the distribution of fast-growing and high-yield poplar trees from Italy and structure of forestry industry during industry process,the paper study relation of supply and demand between the silviculture and wood industry.By means of theory and method of industry organization,the authors put forward to relative adjustment measurement on the basis of trying to from equilibrium of market structure of fast-growing and high-yield forest in order to promote process of forestry industry in Siyang county.
