摘要
以间二氯苯、氯乙酸及二醇类化合物为原料 ,经酰氯化、酰基化及缩合反应合成 2 ,4,ω 三氯苯乙酮二醇类缩酮化合物 ,并着重研究了缩合反应中催化剂、脱水时间等对合成收率的影响 ,合成产物经红外光谱及质谱鉴定。
Glycol ketals of 2,4,ω trichloroacetophenone were synthesized with the starting materials of 1,3 dichlorobenzene, chloroacetic acid, glycols etc. by acyl chloridation, acylation and condensation reaction. Effects of catalysts and dehydrolysis time of condensation reaction on synthetic yield were studied in particular. The synthetic products were confirmed by infrared spectrography and gas chromatography/mass spectrography.
