摘要
利用尿素、氯化铵、三聚氰胺等普通原料经二步反应制备新型氮系阻燃剂MCA ,结果表明 :当催化剂用量 (尿素 /氯化铵 )为 10 / 3 ,回流时间为 4h ,原料比为 1 0 7/ 1,反应温度为 115℃时 ,能得到最佳的合成效果。新型氮系阻燃剂MCA ,其性能指标达到日本同类产品水平 ,阻燃等级可达UL 94V -O级。
MCA, as a new type Nitrogen flame retardant, has widely been used of its excellent properties. In this paper, MCA has been praduced by two step reaction using urea (carbamide), ammonium chloride and melamine (cyanuramide). The quatity of production reach the same level of Japan's, and the falme retardant grade reach the standard of UL 94V-O.
