柴达木改良绒山羊红细胞钾型的研究

Investigation on potassium phenotypes of Erythrocytes in chaidamu Improced Down-producing Goats

采用火焰光度法对 94只柴达木改良绒山羊的红细胞钾型进行了调查研究。结果发现 :( 1)柴达木改良绒山羊红细胞钾浓度存在多态性 ,有高钾和低钾两种表型 ,以高钾型为优势表型 ( 79 79% ) ;( 2 )高钾型山羊的红细胞钾浓度在 37～ 83.2mmol L之间 ,低钾型的在 16～ 2 8.8mmol L之间 ;( 3)KL 和Kh 等位基因频率分别为 0 10 6 8和 0 8932 ,基因杂合度为 0 1782。

Chaidamu improved down producing goats were used to inves gate the patassium phenotypes of crythrocytes by means of flamc photometry.The results were follows:(1)There were both high and low.Blood patassium phenotypes in Chaidamu inproved down producing goats according to crythrocyte photassium concentration and the high blood potassium type was a preponderant phenotype(79.79%);(2)The erythrocyte potassium concentration in the improved down producing goats with HK phenotype ranged from 37 mmol/L to 83.2mmol/L,and that with LK phenotype from 16mmol/L to 28.8mmol/L;(3)The frequencies of K h allele and K L were 0.8932 and 0.1068 resp,and the gene heterzygosity was 0.1782.
