左旋咪唑对奶牛隐性乳房炎的防治效果

Prophylactico-therapeutic Effect of Levamisole on Subclinical Mastitis of Cow

应用左旋咪唑 ,对西宁奶牛场二分场 43头荷斯坦 (中国 )泌乳奶牛进行了隐性乳房炎的防治试验。结果表明奶牛隐性乳房炎头阳性率由投药前的 83 7% ,下降为 5 5 8% ;乳区阳性率由 46 4%下降为 31 5 %。防治效果明显 (P <0 0 5 )。

milking cows of Chinese Holstein breed were used to conduct a prophylactico therapeutic test of subclinical mastitis using Levamisole in the Second Branch of Xining dairy farm.The results were showed that the individual positive rate of subclinical mastitis in cows decreased from 83.7% to 55.8% after treatment using Leramisole,and the positive rate of milk quartes decreased from 46.4% to 31.5%.There was a signiticant prophylactico therapentic effect(P<0.05). \ \
