The gene engineering of Plant has had great progress since the recombination DNA technology developed in 1970's. In this paper, we reviewed the latest studying progresses in the herbicide resistance genes and detoxification enzymatic genes such as phosphinothricin,glyphosate,sulfonylurea and imidazolidone,atrazine and their applications.
