小尾寒羊冷冻精液制作保存技术

Research on the technique in semen freezing and preserving of small-tail sheep

在制作小尾寒羊冻精颗粒时 ,对其冷冻稀释液和甘油浓度进行了研究 .结果表明 ,2 # 稀释液效果最好 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,甘油浓度为 6 %时的冷冻效果最佳 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;在 40～ 5 0℃解冻后 ,其活力可达 0 .5以上 .

The extenders for frozen semen and the glycerol contents were studied by the authors when they produced frozen semen pellets of small tail sheep.The results showed that the best extender of quality in four groups was number2 #(P<0.05).The frozen semen effects was best in all treatment groups when the glycerol content was 6 percent(P<0.01).The thawn motility was 0.5 when the frozen semen pellet was thawed at 40 ℃ to 50 ℃.
